How to Book Your Rocky Mountaineer Rail Tour

• Email your booking details. You may omit credit card details and, instead, include a phone number and a good local time to call and we will contact you for credit card details.
  

If you choose email, please include:

• Passenger Names
• Address
• Phone Number
• Credit Card Details (If you prefer to give credit card details by phone, let us know a convenient local time to contact you.)
• Smoking or Nonsmoking Room?
• One queen bed or two double beds?
• Any food allergies?
• Any special dietary needs?
• Do you want to include trip cancellation insurance? (7% of the total price of the trip)
• Do you want to include Two River Junction Dinner and Musical Revue or Great Canadian Lumberjack Show and Dinner ($55 per person for GoldLeaf passengers and $75 for RedLeaf passengers).

Once we receive your reservation request, we will make your reservations and charge your credit card a $250 per person deposit for RedLeaf tours and a $500 per person deposit for GoldLeaf tours.

Sixty days before you travel, the final payment will be charged to your credit card, and your tickets will be sent to you by courier. If you prefer, they can be delivered to your hotel so they will be waiting for you when you arrive. Or you may pick them up at the train station the day you travel.

Deposit:

• RedLeaf : $150 per person deposit at time of booking
• GoldLeaf : $300 per person deposit at time of booking

• RedLeaf: $250 per person deposit at time of booking
• GoldLeaf: $500 per person deposit at time of booking

Final payment is due 60 days before you travel or, if you book your trip less than 60 days before you travel, you will pay for the trip at time of booking.
