Once
we receive your reservation request, we will contact you by phone for your credit card details then make your reservations and
charge your credit card a $250 per person deposit for two day train tours and
a $350 per person deposit for all other tours.
Sixty days before
you travel, the final payment will be charged to your credit card, and
your tickets will be sent to you by email. If you prefer, tickets can be
delivered to your hotel or picked up at the train station on the morning you board the train.
Deposit:
Two day vacations
- RedLeaf : $250 per person deposit at time of booking
- GoldLeaf : $250 per person deposit at time of booking
Vacations of four days or more
- RedLeaf: $350 per person deposit at time
of booking
- GoldLeaf: $350 per person deposit at time
of booking
Final payment is due 60 days before you travel or, if you book your
trip less than 60 days before you travel, you will pay for the trip
at time of booking.
Cancellation Policy:
61 or more days prior to departure 50% of deposit non-refundable
46 to 60 days prior to departure 100% of deposit non-refundable
0 to 45 days prior to departure 100% non-refundable
Trip Insurance:
Trip insurance is advised and is available at 7% of the total
price of your train package.
