Once you're ready to book your Rocky Mountaineer Rail Tour, you have two
booking options:

Email
your booking details. You may omit credit card details and, instead,
include a phone number and a good local time to call and we will contact you by phone for
credit card details.
If you choose email, please include:
- Tour Name
- Tour Date
- Direction: Westbound/Eastbound/Round Trip
- RedLeaf or GoldLeaf Service
- Passenger Names
- Address
- Phone Number
- Smoking or Nonsmoking Room?
- One queen bed or two double beds?
- Any food allergies or special dietary needs?
- Include Travel Insurance? (7% of the total price of the package)
- Include Kamloops Dinner Entertainment?
Once
we receive your reservation request, we will contact you for credit card details thenl make your reservations and
charge your credit card a $250 per person deposit for two day packages rs and
a $350 per person deposit for packages of four days or more.
Sixty days before
you travel, the final payment will be charged to your credit card, and
your tickets will be sent to you by courier. If you prefer, tickets can be
delivered to your hotel or picked up at the train station on the morning you board the train.
Deposit:
Two day vacations
- RedLeaf & GoldLeaf: $250 per person deposit at time of booking
Vacations of four days or more
- RedLeaf & GoldLeaf: $350 per person deposit at time
of booking
Final payment is due 60 days before you travel or, if you book your
trip less than 60 days before you travel, you will pay for the trip
at time of booking.
Cancellation Policy:
61 day prior to departure 50% of deposit is non-refundable
46 - 60 days prior to departure 50% of trip price is non-refundable
0 to 45 days prior to departure 100% of trip price is non-refundable
Trip Insurance:
Trip insurance is advised and is available at 7% of the total
price of your train package.
