The shortest possible Rocky Mountaineer train trip includes two days on the train and one night hotel stay in either Kamloops or Quesnel, two small towns in the British Columbia interior.
These two day trips go both east from Vancouver to Jasper, Banff or Calgary, and west from Calgary, Banff or Jasper to Vancouver. Two day train trips are also available between Whistler and Jasper and between Calgary or Banff and Jasper. Trains depart each Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday between April 16 and October 15, 2009.
