Rocky Mountaineer One Way Tours
Our one way tours give you a chance to enjoy the Rocky Mountaineer and the beauties of the Canadian Rockies and then continue your vacation or return home with no back tracking.
At the conclusion of a one way trip that begins in Calgary or Banff, most clients fly home from Vancouver. If your train trip begins in Vancouver and ends in Jasper, you have several options.
- Take a bus or rental car from Jasper to Calgary and fly home from Calgary
- Rent a car and drive back to Vancouver
- Take the overnight ViaRail train back to Vancouver
- Take the train or bus to Edmonton and fly home from Edmonton.
- Add a second Rocky Mountaineer train trip that will take you from Jasper to Vancouver or Jasper to Whistler
- For a real adventure, take the train from Jasper to Prince Rupert and take the ferry to Port Hardy on Vancouver Island. From Port Hardy, you can fly or take the bus to Victoria or the bus and ferry to Vancouver
If you begin your trip in Vancouver and end in Banff, you can take a shuttle from Banff to the Calgry airport and fly out from there. If your trip ends in Calgary, you can fly back to Vancouver or fly home from Calgary.

This is one of our best short package. It offers so much in a reasonable amount of time and at a reasonable price.
The Excursion includes 4 nights hotel accommodations, 2 days on the Rocky Mountaineer between Vancouver and Banff, two nights in Banff, a half day tour to Lake Louise and a transfer from Banff to downtown Calgary or Calgary Airport.
If you want to spend a night at the Chateau Lake Louise, we can make that happen. This package offers the least expensive option for spending a night at the Chateau Lake Louise. Call or email for details.
