- Travel Dates: Economy fares are available in April, May and October. Full fares are available from late May through September.
- Type of Train Service: You can choose RedLeaf, SilverLeaf or GoldLeaf Service on the Rocky Mountaineer

- Number of Passengers Traveling: Single travelers pay more per person than two people traveling together. Three passengers sharing a room will pay slightly less per person than two people.
- Passenger Ages: Tickets for children between the ages of 2-11 and youth between the ages of 12-18 are less than adult fares. Senior and adult fares are identical.
- Currency: Prices are listed in Canadian Dollars. Add 2% for US Dollar prices.
- Hotel Choices: Your hotel choices may affect the price of your trip.
