It is also possible to pay by wire transfer or cheque.
When you book your trip, you are charged 20% of the value of your package.
If you book a 1 Day journey to Whistler the full payment is due at the time of booking.
Sixty days before you travel, you will pay the balance. Once you make your final payment, we will email your final confirmation and your travel document.
It is also possible to make several payments, if you prefer to pay over time, as long as the last payment is made at least 60 days prior to travel.
If you book your trip less than 60 days before you travel, the total package price is payable at time of booking.
61 or more days prior to departure 20% of the package price is non-refundable
46 to 60 days prior to departure 50% of the package price is non-refundable
0 to 45 days prior to departure 100% non-refundable
Trip and Cancellation Insurance
Travel insurance, including trip cancellation insurance, is advised and is available with rates starting at 6.5% of the total price of your train package. Prices vary depending on your age at the time of purchase, the cost of your train package and the coverage option you choose.
